Nightly & Weekly – Martha’s Vineyard Vacation Home for Rent

Vineyard Haven: Three bedrooms (air-conditioned). Walk to shops and restaurants, 1.5 baths, washer/dryer, dishwasher, cable television, wrap-around deck, Weber gas grill and outside shower. Borders town forest; less than one mile from the harbor; offering an easy walk to the supermarket, shops and restaurants with convenient access to the Islands bike paths and bus routes and comes fully furnished including beach chairs, beach towels and linens.

Nightly: September/$225 per night. . .August $325 per night. THREE nights minimum. PLUS a $100 cleaning fee.

Weekly (Saturday to Saturday): September/$1,200 per week. . .August $1,800 per week. PLUS a $100 cleaning fee.

Rental fee includes a house cleaning prior to arrival, provision of all linens (bed, bath, and beach), beds made up for your arrival, and a linen laundering service at the close of your stay – no need to end your visit doing the laundry!

Meticulously maintained. 3 levels of living space – 2,300 sq feet of bright natural light: spacious living area with cathedral ceiling great room opens to large, fully equipped kitchen & sun filled dining area. 2nd floor overlooks the 1st floor living space. 1st floor great room is designed for relaxing; furnished foremost for comfort, gently cooled by a ceiling fan & softly lit in the evening by track lighting. 3 sliding glass doors open to large south-facing deck, overlooking landscaped lawn & garden. Bedrooms are immaculate & comfortable. Our house is filled with wonderful features to make your vacation truly pleasant & carefree!

Marthas Vineyard Cottage

Come and enjoy the beautiful island of Martha’s Vineyard and stay in a small, newly built sunny cottage in Vineyard Haven. The cottage has hardwood floors and granite counter tops. There’s a queen size bed and a trundle bed, which can be two twins or a king size. All you need to bring are your personal items, as the cottage has pots, pans, linens, bath towels, appliances, etc. Wifi, flat screen, DVD, cable, fireplace, outdoor grill and outdoor shower, off street parking, great location — Google it and see. If you don’t want to bring a car, we are three short blocks away from the public transportation system where you can purchase a week’s bus pass for only $25.00 and you can ride all over the island until early morning hours. Most buses run every fifteen minutes with some running every half hour late in the day. There are also bike and car rentals.
