Private House and Yard in Oak Bluffs. Short walk to Lagoon beach. One mile to OB or Vineyard Haven. House has w/d, cable, outdoor shower, beach gear, all towels and bedding, full kitchen with dishes, pots/pans, m/w, toaster, coffemaker, blender. Two bikes are available. House has one bedroom (queen), plus a loft (1 or 2 singles). Large room over two-car garage has queen, single and fold out couch, plus small porch deck and stairs to yard. Only one bathroom. No A/C, plenty of fans. No internet at house, but many hot spots in neighborhood, at library and around the island. House has nice furniture, comfortable beds, wood and stone floors, high ceilings. Only a few weeks available: House rents from sunday noon to sunday 9am (leaving time for housecleaner to get in). Weeks available are August 7-14 and August 28-Sept. 4. $1200/wk rent, $100 cleaning/garbage removal fee, and $500 refundable deposit. Good dogs are okay.
